In the spirit of our "Style is a Gift" holiday campaign, we had the pleasure of chatting with Cam Thomas, NBA player for the Brooklyn Nets. We chatted about his full-circle moment working with True Religion, his Virginia-made style, and how his clothing choices ultimately make for a better game.

Tell us about yourself. What do you want the True Fam to know?

I'm an NBA player in my 3rd season for the Brooklyn Nets and I love what I do. Partnering with True Religion was a full-circle moment for me. My mom had always been a fan of the brand throughout my childhood, so getting an opportunity to partner with a brand I have a personal connection with means a lot.

How are you spending the holidays this year?

Being an NBA player typically means holidays are much different due to our schedules but when I do have down time this year, I’m going to make sure I spend time with family and friends.

Where does your sense of style come from?

I grew up in Chesapeake, VA so my sense of style naturally comes from there but as I've gotten older and been exposed to more styles through traveling around the world, I feel I've gotten inspiration from lots of different experiences over time to add to my personal style.

How do you express your creativity through what you wear?

I express my creativity in fashion through finding styles and designs of clothing that represent me. Specific to game days, I like to be comfortable and wear outfits that make me feel good heading into the game.
